Super Ario unattended work catcher and storage device
Super Ario unattended work catcher and storage device can prevent " Dent" and "Scratches" on the work pieces out of CNC Automatic Lathe machines. The Super Ario device catches a work pieces in the middle of the shooter , then a work pieces slips down into the center of the catcher. As the Super Ario device's turn table keep turning clock wise, a work pieces will exit from the center out of the tray and will be aligned and stored along the outer edge of the tray.
Super Ario devices equipped with 4 casters enables an easy moving and installations. The device is suitable for high valuation and high precision processing production.
The device increases production by reducing the time and cost, the ratio of product defect can be dropped to 0.01%.
