1. Load Monitor detection method:

    The main function of the machine is installed on the machine table type of strain gauge (HT-400) to examinant deformation amount. the judge load after load monitor and displayed on the panel, such as exceeding the set value is sent to the punch stop signal, and stop actuation.

Installation location of strain gage (HT-400):

1.) C-type punch mounted on the inside of the machine openings (measuring tensile force)or a fixed measuring the compression force)

2.) Door type presses installed in the fuselage diagonal。

3.) Strain gage installation location must be on a flat surface, or easy to make the strain gauge interpretation errors.

二、LOAD CELL (LC10~100T) and LOAD MONITOR(PLM-4)

1.Required by the load with load monitor calibration, use of load cells (LOAD CELL) when tuning to do the actual stamping tests tonnage actually measured by the load cell and then compare with the load monitor calibration to ensure the ensure the accuracy of the load monitor. Load cell according to the needs of the tonnage punch 100T,250T,500T & 1000T.
